Capital Club Dubai, the region's premier private business club and a member of the ENSHAA group of companies hosted an exclusive party for the club’s members and guests on Thursday 31st March. The club was celebrating success; three years of outstanding and pioneering events, valuable networking opportunities and the sense of community that it extends to its members, who include some of the region’s most senior decision makers and leaders in business, finance and government.
This year, Capital Club, in collaboration with Al Tayer Motors and Maserati Middle East & Africa, hosted a James Bond style party for its third birthday; to celebrate the club’s ongoing success and the support of its esteemed membership. The evening had been perfectly planned and the result was an exquisite party that extended immense generosity to club members and guests. The quality, attention to detail and creativity applied to every single aspect of the party was astounding. More than a thousand members and guests enjoyed a magnificent evening of wonderful food, drinks and entertainment until the early hours.
‘It is good to see all our members together like this, they are the Club and it is good to be able to give back and celebrate with them’, said Russell Matcham, CEO of Capital Club.
Capital Club, billed as one of the top 10 investments in 2010 for its members, is now close to closing membership, thanks to a number of selected partnerships with high profile organizations. Matcham said, “It has been great to see this Club develop from concrete to the thriving institution it is today. We have achieved in three years what many clubs take decades to get right.”
And the plan for the Club network is exciting in both Dubai and further afield, with clubs in Nairobi, Karachi and Abu Dhabi in advanced stages of planning. In Dubai, whilst initiatives launched in 2010 such as ‘Under the Spotlight’ continue to thrive, the club is always considering new initiatives and inspiring events to ensure members continue to benefit from their membership.
Capital Club is also delighted to see members appreciation of the club’s varied venues, which they are increasingly using for their own private events. ‘This Club is all about its members and they are beginning to appreciate its full value more and more. We now put on bespoke events that help members grow their businesses. There are real opportunities for members to find innovative ways to enhance their business in conjunction with the Club’s events team. We are always open to any idea that is good for the membership’, said Matcham
