At Signature Clubs International we want the best talent to serve our members. A cheerful, inspired and superbly trained staff team is essential to the success of any Signature Club as they will better anticipate each member’s requirement.

We ensure that our staff team is provided with an excellent working environment; that we maintain the highest level of work ethics and that our training is focused on world class service. Each Signature Club normally employs a team of 100-200 staff. Operational team members are recruited between one to six months prior to the soft opening date of the Clubs while the Executive Management team in other key positions may be engaged as early as fifteen months ahead of opening. Signature Clubs International offers vacancies within its Clubs in general management, membership, food and beverage, house-keeping, finance, accounting and engineering.
